Description
This great 3-strand necklace of iridescent faceted glass “crystal” beads probably dates from the late 50’s or early 60’s. The beads are graduated in size, and separated by smaller faceted glass “spacers.” At the back, the 3 strands come together, meeting in rhinestone-trimmed silver metal hardware, with small bead strand attached, used to adjust the length with a hook clasp. The condition of the necklace is very good. The hook has a bit of wear and beads are strung a bit tightly. Although they don’t really want to lay completely flat, on the curve of your neck they should sit perfectly nicely. (I tried them on and they lay just fine—and they are beautiful!)
