Description
The story I was told about this 1970’s leather skirt was that it was handmade and hand-painted for a young woman in the 1970’s by her “Persian” boyfriend. Ah romance! The skirt is decorated with 2 hand-painted ancient polo players (the sport originates in the Middle East, and has been played in Persia for 2500 years, fyi). The leather is a soft and supple warm brown, and is unlined. The skirt fastens down the front with a row of enameled metal snaps. This skirt is very nicely made--the boyfriend must have been skilled!
