Description
Bold red polka dots on a black background make these men's NOS cotton pajamas extra-stylish! Dating from the late 1950s or early 1960s, they have never been worn, with their original hangtag still attached. The pajama shirt has medium-width "lapels", a button front and a single patch pocket. The loose-fitting, straight-leg pants have a drawstring waist that is elasticized at the back section only. Both the top and the pants have attached "cuffs" which are sewn on rather than turned up. According to the hangtag, the pants have a "contour seat built for restful sleep". A single metal snap fastener closes the fly front of the pants. These polka dot pjs are in near mint condition; their only minor issue is that the back elastic on the pants may be slightly less stretchy than it was when they were manufactured. Pajamas, whether vintage or modern, are most comfortable when loose-fitting, so please compare our measurements to a pair that you already own for best fit.
