Looking a mini dress that really is mini? Look no further! The lady who made this dress for herself around 1970 was amazed at how short she wore her dresses at the time—but extra-mini is back in style, just in time for this cute little dress to look fresh and fabulous again! The hem hits at about mid-thigh on a petite (5 feet 2 inches), and at the upper thigh on our mannequin. The fabric is a bright orange, yellow and pink striped poly cotton blend. A square neckline and puffed sleeves with elastic near the sleeve hem add interest to the bodice, and pleats just below the bust open up to create an A-line skirt. The dress closes with a back zipper, and is in excellent condition. Darling with just flats or flat sandals, the dress could also be worn with leggings if you’d like a bit more leg coverage.
