Description
The copper polished cotton of this 1970's belted raincoat is stitched into squares for a unique texture. The coat has some of the styling elements of a classic trench coat, like the button-trimmed epaulets at the shoulders and bands on the sleeves. It buttons in front with a hidden button placket and has front pockets. The sash belt threads through slits at the side seams to tie in the front, leaving the back to swing freely. The A-line shape of the coat is quite full when left unbelted, flaring outward from the bust to the hem. The coat is lined with matching copper-colored acetate taffeta, and it is in excellent condition.
