Wow! This c.60’s pink satin cheongsam cocktail dress has the sexy, ultra-fitted shape traditional for Asian-style dresses of this type. But, the beautiful beadwork takes it from sexy to spectacular! The pink on pink beading features glass beads, pearls and sequins in a dragon and phoenix design with clouds and a flower, over the entire front of the dress. The dress closes with a hand-sewn, side metal zipper, and little snaps at the shoulder and mandarin collar. The dress has darts for shaping and slits at the skirt side-seams for ease of walking, since the skirt narrows at the hem. It is fully lined in pink taffeta. The dress appears unworn, in excellent condition, with two tiny, pinhole-sized dots on the fabric in back, near the waist. It is quite small and petite, including especially the neck size, so please check the measurements carefully.
