Return Policy

We take great care to describe our vintage collection accurately, and provide all the information you need to know in order to be happy with your purchases from us. On rare occasions, however, you may find that your purchase doesn't work out as planned. At vivavintageclothing.com we want you to be satisfied with your vintage purchases. Therefore we offer returns, subject to our approval:
- Please contact us within 5 days of delivery. If the item you wish to return has been represented accurately, but you just don't like the fit, color, etc., upon our approval we will accept your return. When we receive your return, you will receive a merchandise credit with us for the total amount of your purchase, minus any shipping costs. You may exchange the item for another piece in our vintage collection. Please read the details about returns and exchanging, below.
- Due to customs issues, we do not accept returns on international orders at this time, except in cases of significant misrepresentation of the item in question. Contact us before placing an international order if you have any questions.
- "Sale" items will NOT be eligible for return.
Please be certain about your purchases of these items before you buy.
Returns for credit and exchanges
- You may choose to exchange the returned item right away for another vintage piece in our collection. Just let us know which item you would like instead and we will ship it out when we receive your return.
- The amount of the exchange or credit will be for the total purchase price of any items returned only, not for original shipping charges on those items.
- In case of a price difference between the item purchased originally and the item or items you're exchanging it for, we will keep a record of any credit on file, and send you an invoice with your credit total as of the date the return is processed. This credit is good toward any future order with us.
- Shipping charges on returns and exchanges will be paid by the customer.
Full return
- If you feel that that your purchase has been misrepresented in our description, send us an email and we will discuss any concerns you may have.
- If the return is approved, when we receive the returned item we will refund your purchase price including shipping costs.
- We try hard to disclose (and when possible, photograph) any flaw that might compromise the integrity or wearablity of our vintage items. However, we sell vintage clothing and accessories, which in most cases have been previously worn, so it is remotely possible that we might miss something.
- We will do our very best to keep you, our fellow vintage-lovers, happy!
How to return an item:
In order to receive approval for a return, you must notify Viva Vintage Clothing by email or phone within 5 days of your confirmed delivery date.

Return items must be shipped to us, using a shipping method with tracking, in the exact condition in which they were originally shipped--unworn with no stains, rips, etc. caused by trying on, or any other damage/odor from being in your possession--and be received by us within 10 days after you receive our return approval. We recomend insuring your return, since we cannot process your credit or exchange if we do not receive your returned items due to post office error. Items damaged during transit (or while in your possesion) will not be accepted for return.
