This late 1930s or early 1940s cotton full apron has a pretty tulip print on a white background. Red piping edges the shape of a large tulip that forms the bodice of the apron, and also the smaller one that forms the single patch pocket; green piping is used to make the stems—a really unique design! The straps of the apron form a loop around the back of the neck (no ties) and it fastens with ties at the back of the shirred waist. This darling circa 1940s full apron is in very good to excellent condition, with a tiny bit of yellowing to the fabric at the back of the neck (see close-up photo).
