This early 1960s mens zip front casual jacket is made of crisp, khaki polished cotton. It is the shorter length perfect for wearing with high-waisted vintage (or vintage-style) trousers. A bit of elastic gathers the sides of the hem in back. The stand collar and the sleeve cuffs fasten with plastic buttons, and the collar is lined with ribbed knit fabric that shows when the collar is worn unbuttoned. The large, metal zipper looks like brass. This mens 1960s jacket has never been worn, but we removed and then reattached the original hangtag in order to allow us to launder it. Clean and ready to wear, the jacket is in very good condition; its only issue is some light discoloration across the tops of the shoulders from storage (see close-up photo). It is labeled a size 40 and should fit a modern size small to medium. Please check the measurements for more sizing information—and feel free to contact us with any questions.
