Waist: measures 28” to fit approx. 27”

This midi length skirt from the late 1960s has a bold houndstooth print in orange, lime green and brown, on lightweight, crisp linen-textured fabric—great for spring or summer! The fabric is probably a blend of cotton and rayon. Unlined, the skirt fastens with a plastic zipper in back. It has a high waist, with darts below the waistband for a hip-skimming fit that flares slightly toward the hem. This is probably a 60s maxi skirt that is a more petite length on our (tall) mannequin. So, depending on your height, it will be either above the ankle, midi-length, or ankle-length. It is in very good condition, with a small line of fading along each side seam from storage (see photo)—which should not be very noticeable when this colorful houndstooth skirt is worn.
