Diameter of crown: 7.5” wide to side and 6.5” front to back
Depth of crown: 1” (nearly flat)
Each curly lamb “ball”: 2” tall
This early 1950s hat in black wool felt has two large, curly lamb cylinders trimming its round, flat crown. A sparkling rhinestone accent nestles between them. The low crown is slightly curved to hug the top of the head more closely. Wired loops on each side will help keep the hat in place when it is worn. A matching black felt-tipped hatpin is also included. The hat is unlined but does have a pretty floral ribbon band on its underside. In very good to excellent condition, the hat has one tiny nick in the wool felt at the center back, unlikely to be visible when it is worn. Pair this stylish black hat with your favorite late 1940s or 1950s outfit—or a matching curly lamb coat—for a complete vintage look!
