This petite 1950s frame handbag in black patent and black/ivory printed leather has a cute design of arrows and spirals. The metal frame is covered in shiny, black patent leather and fastens with a gold metal, hinged clasp. The single top handle is matching black and printed leather, with a crack on the inner (black patent) surface, only. It does not go all the way through to the outer, printed leather layer of the handle, and is therefore not visible when the bag is carried. (This small crack is probably repairable by a shoe repair professional.) The handbag is lined with black satin and has a single slip pocket with a coin purse and a mirror, inside. In very good condition, the only other issue with the bag is some minor damage to the black patent covering the frame, seen inside only, from the bag’s long storage, closed (see photo of lining/inner frame). This black and white printed leather 1950s handbag is rather unusual—and very well made!
