This pastel rainbow-striped, grosgrain ribbon trimmed, slinky black jersey 70s jumpsuit has extra wide, bellbottom legs, flutter sleeves, and a U-shaped neckline. The front and back of the bodice have curved seams where the elbow-length flutter sleeves meet the body of the garment. The front of the bodice has vertical ribbon trim, above the high or “empire” waist seam. The medium-weight polyester jersey fabric has a shiny surface and does have a bit of stretch. The jumpsuit fastens in back with plastic zipper, and is unlined. This stylish 1970s jumpsuit has a comfortable and flattering shape, somewhat inspired by 1930s beach pajamas, with their wide legs and a slightly long rise/dropped crotch. In very good, near excellent condition, it has a cute little strawberry patch on the left hip concealing a small mend made by the original owner, and a few minor picks in the shiny surface of the jersey fabric, unlikely to be noticed when the jumpsuit is worn.
