This circa early 70s evening clutch or shoulder bag in black lucite plastic has a gold chain strap, which neatly tucks inside when carried as a clutch purse. Very rock-and-roll gold metal studs and a decorative gold metal square on the front envelope flap accent the shiny black plastic surface. The front flap snaps closed, and opens to reveal the black vinyl and black faille fabric interior, with a single slip pocket. The base and sides of the bag are black vinyl. Narrow strips of lucite form the curved top of the bag—a cool detail! This late 1960s-70s black lucite evening bag is in very good condition, with some light scuffs to the surface of the plastic, and a few deeper scratches. These are only seen when the bag is held at an angle to the light, and I have tried to make them very visible, in my photos.
