This fabulously full 1950s circle skirt in black and off-white rayon satin has an unusual floral print: monochromatic trees in flower. They look like cherry trees, or some other kind of fruit tree to my eyes. The perfect skirt for cherry blossom season! The extra-wide waistband of the skirt actually extends just above the natural waist, to the lower ribcage. It is fastened with hooks and snaps, above the metal zipper in the side seam. The very full skirt is shown here over a very fluffy crinoline, which is not included. The skirt hem is cut so as to be longer at the sides, and slightly shorter at the center front and back. The white blossoms in the design almost appear screen-printed on the surface of the satin fabric, although it is hard to tell for certain. This gorgeous floral print 1950s circle skirt is unlined. It is in excellent condition.
