This deadstock 1930s dress by “Nip-N-Tuck” is a stylish zip-front housedress in amazing pink and purple, surrealist-inspired, floral print cotton fabric. Designed to keep you looking your best at home, it is really too lovely not to wear out of the house! This circa late 1930s day dress features split-topped, cap sleeves, diagonal hip pockets, and a square neckline, all trimmed with white eyelet lace. Triangular panel inset at the sides of the waist provide the “nip and tuck”, creating a flattering shape! The dress has vertical, pintucked seams running from the neckline to hem at the center front, and darts to shape the bodice, in front and back. The dress fastens with a metal zipper down the center front. This cute and comfortable 1930s day dress has never been worn and it is in mint condition. The doughnut-shaped (!) floral print is unique and wonderful, and the fabric is as crisp and bright as the day this lovely housedress was made.
