The cutest vintage gift for your favorite hairdresser, this 1950s or 60s tie clip features shears (or scissors) in bright silver-tone metal. They could, of course, also clip it onto something other than a necktie. In very good condition, the tie clip has a single spot where the bright metal finish has worn away (see close-up photo), but no other issues to note. This 1950s-60s novelty tie clip with shears is still totally wearable as it is. Just a little off the top, LOL!
