This high-low hem, black crushed velvet 90s dress from Contempo Casuals has skinny spaghetti straps on its deeply scooped neckline bodice. The dress has a fitted bodice, then flares outward gently from waist to hem, with the shortest, around mini-dress-length section at the center front. The stretchy velvet is made of a blend of acetate, nylon, and spandex. The dress is unlined with no fastenings, designed to be pulled on, and will easily fit a modern size XS to S, possibly up to a M, more tightly (see measurements for more details about fit). This 90s goth girl party dress is in excellent condition, with no flaws to note. Although it is labeled dry-clean only, I hand-washed the dress with no problems.
