This natural-colored straw 1960s hat has a deep crown and a wide, upturned brim. The brim is wired around the edge to help keep it shape. The extra tall/deep crown is flat on top, and is trimmed with an extra wide grosgrain ribbon band in chocolate brown. Similar in style to a straw boater hat, but with a much deeper crown, this versatile sun hat also resembles a “Breton” straw hat in shape. It is unlabeled and unlined, but quite elegant, and nicely made. It is in excellent condition. The hat has a chic, 1960s schoolgirl-meets-mod design that is youthful and fun!
