It’s teatime! This extra-long length, novelty print full apron has a faux-Edwardian style that was quite popular in its era of origin, the late 1960s. The darling print features teapots and teacups on a crisp, navy blue and white cotton blend fabric. White rickrack trims the navy background, teacup-print ruffles next to apron’s bib, and its 2 patch pockets. Navy rickrack trims the hem of white background, teapots-print fabric, on the main body of the apron. A wide waistband ends in ties to cinch the waist. The apron appears to be deadstock/unworn, in mint condition, although we did launder it for freshness. This whimsical novelty print late 1960s apron would look right at home on Mary Poppins—“spoonful of sugar” in your tea, my dear?
