This lacy, open-weave knit lambswool cardigan sweater from the late 1940s or early 1950s is a simply darling shade of soft pink! The cardigan fastens down the front with clear lucite buttons, and is just above hip-length. It has ribbed trim at the crew neckline, three-quarter-length sleeve cuffs, and hem. This dainty and feminine circa 1940s cardigan is in very good condition, with one tiny spot on the button placket, which is hidden when the sweater is buttoned closed (see close-up photo). The lightweight wool will be great for 3-season layering!
