This sky blue nylon half-slip from the late 1950s or early 1960s would be perfect for a bride—something old and some blue—plus it’s sweet as can be! 2 sheer nylon floral appliqués adorn the front of the slip. It has a gathered, scalloped hem of sheer nylon chiffon, below a baby blue satin ribbon trimmed with tiny bows. The upper part of the slip, in knit nylon tricot fabric, has a bit of stretch to it--see the measurements, below. The slip has a narrow elastic waistband, and is semi-fitted, gently flaring from the hips to the hem ruffle. In excellent condition, this pretty and feminine 1960s half-slip has no issues to note. It is labeled “Eye-ful”, which is a terrible but cute pun: Eiffel (as in Tower) or “Eyeful”, as in great to look at!
