Description
Vibrant sky blue silk forms the background for a bright metallic gold floral woven border on each end of this 1960s large rectangular scarf. Smaller gold flowers are woven into the rest of the scarf. The lovely, sari-style silk fabric is very lightweight and semi-sheer. 3 sides of the scarf have hand-sewn edges, while the fourth side is the fabric selvedge. The scarf or small evening wrap is in excellent condition. Wear this scarf tied at the neck, tied onto your handbag, or wrapped around your shoulders, to add a pop of happy sky blue and gold to your favorite outfit. This vintage 1960s silk scarf was probably made in India, but has no labels.
