This tall-crowned, wide-brimmed 1960s hat has a “mod pilgrim” vibe, with a jeweled, decorative buckle and a really unique, square brim! The tall crown is round, in contrast to the topstitched, squared brim, and the iridescent rhinestone and pearl “buckle” (attached to the narrow grosgrain ribbon hatband) is a pin, which can be removed to repositioned, if desired. The hat is designed to sit up quite high on the head, as shown, rather than pulling down low like a 1920s cloche style. The crown is lined with black faille fabric, and has a union label only. This dramatic 1960s hat is in excellent condition.
