This teeny, tiny white cotton eyelet floral lace apron may have been intended for a child. It would be perfect for a classic “maid” costume--or a burlesque act. There’s not a lot of coverage, so definitely not a practical apron, LOL! Based on the tiny front pocket and the overall shape, and the feel of the eyelet fabric, I would date it to circa 1930s to 1940s, but that is only my best guess. If any apron-dating experts out there can narrow this down, just let me know. It is darling, whatever its exact date of origin. In excellent condition, this petite and sweet—or sexy!—white lace apron has no flaws to note.
