This silky, shiny acetate rayon and nylon blend, just barely off-white, deadstock vintage 1950s sport shirt has a loop collar and straight, square hem. The two patch pockets at the chest have pocket flaps. The lightweight fabric is slightly sheer, as you can see by the darker ivory color of our mannequin’s jersey cover barely showing through, wherever the shirt touches the form. In very good, unworn condition, this 1950s shirt has one tiny spot near the hem, from its long time in storage. The long, pointed, nearly spearpoint collar could also be buttoned closed, for wearing with a tie.
