Size: 24” long
Bead size: just under .5” in diameter
This pink and white bead necklace from the early 1960s is made of milky white glass beads with swirls of darker pink (similar in look to angel skin coral). The slightly irregularly shaped, round beads are quite heavy, hand-knotted, and fastened with a gold metal flower box clasp. In very good condition, this vintage necklace has only two minor issues: minor wear to the surface of the gold-tone metal clasp, and some light fraying to the edges of the hand-knotted cotton string “spacers” between a few of the beads. The necklace appears to be sturdy, and this should not affect its wearabilty at all. Pair this pretty white glass necklace with everything from your favorite summer sundress to cut-off jeans and a tank top--it's the perfect summer accessory!
