This 1960s necklace by Whiting & Davis, with its cameo pendant of molded amber glass, is an example of the Victorian revival style popular in the late 60s. It has an ornate gold metal frame surrounding the iridescent, molded glass cameo of a classical era lady’s head and shoulders. The pendant hangs from a gold metal chain that fastens with a spring clasp. The original, oval Whiting & Davis signature plaque is present, attached near the clasp. This lovely 60s cameo necklace is in excellent condition, with just a few tiny scuffs to the surface of the glass from normal wear. It is quite heavy and well made for costume jewelry, as was all Whiting & Davis vintage jewelry.
