The hat brims have textured leaf designs inside each solid, upturned edge. The flexible chain tassels are finished with small balls on each end. The chains slide through a small loop at the base of each hat brim, soldered in place at the top only. The tassels drop about 1 inch below the hat brim, when the earrings are worn. They are unsigned, but quite well made! The clip-on style earrings have strong clip backs.
