An aqua and black diamond print, slinky polyester satin blouse from the early 1980s, this puff sleeve cutie has a big bow at the high collar, for added drama! Shiny black plastic buttons fasten the fitted sleeve cuffs and the only opening, at the left shoulder and left side of the collar. The lightweight blouse is unlined, has a boxy fit, and pulls on over the head. The tops of the sleeves have shoulder lifts inside (like smaller, more flat shoulder pads) that help keep their puffed shape. Pair with a skirt or trouser suit for wearing to work, or a pair of black satin pants for a casually chic evening look.
