Description
This mod 1960s shift dress in double-knit polyester has black-on-white and white-on-black op-art patterns of tiny squares on its bodice and skirt sections. The easy-on short-sleeved dress unzips down the front, with thick black cord trim on its round neckline and sleeve hems. The mid-weight knit fabric is unlined and has some give to it, except at the black cord trim--and at the waist seam--which does not stretch (see range of measurements). Dart shape the bust and hip but the overall silhouette is boxy. This relatively straight-fitting shift dress would also look cute belted, I think! I have shown the dress both clipped and unclipped to fit the mannequin, to give a better idea of its actual size and shape. This zip-front, black and white 1960s day dress is in excellent condition, with no issues to note.
