This pair of deadstock late 1960s flared, low-waisted trousers is made of soft and luscious camel wool flannel, with rawhide lacing closing the side slits from knee to hem on each pant leg! Quiet luxury meets country western style! The pant has small darts to shape the waistband-less, slightly low waist. The trousers fasten on the side with a nylon zipper and hooks, and they are fully lined with acetate taffeta. The buttery soft camel wool has a couple tiny nicks on its surface nap (no holes) and one small, pinkish spot at the back of the lower right leg (see close-up photo). This is unlikely to be noticed unless someone is at knee level when the pant is worn—although it’s possible! They are in very good condition—unworn with their original tags. The flared-leg western-style trousers date from approximately the late 1960s or early 70s and were made by Evan-Picone.
