OUR RETURN POLICY
We take great care to describe our vintage collection accurately, and provide all the information you need to know to be happy with your purchases from us. However, it is always possible that your purchase won't work out as planned. Therefore we offer hassle-free returns, as detailed below.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us within 48 hours of delivery with the details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with any instructions or help that you may need to return items from your order. Once we know that you'd like to make a return, we can keep an eye out for it, and refund you ASAP!
- After contacting us, the item or items should be shipped back to us promptly. We request that you ship the item back to us within 5 days of its original delivery to you, packed carefully to avoid damage in transit. Thank you for your respect and consideration for our vintage treasures!
- The returned item must be in the exact condition in which it was originally shipped to you in order to be eligible for refund: unworn with no stains, rips, etc. caused by trying on, or any other damage/odor from being in your possession.
- Once we receive your returned item, you will receive a refund via the original payment method for the total amount of your purchase, minus any original shipping costs.
- You may also request a store credit to use later, or make an immediate exchange for another piece in our vintage collection, at the time of your return inquiry.
- If you feel that there has been an error on our part in describing your purchase, please let us know, and we will attempt to resolve any issues you may have with your order. We try hard to disclose (and when possible, photograph) any flaw that might compromise the integrity or wearablity of our vintage items, but it is remotely possible that we might miss something. If we are at fault, we will happily refund your full purchase price including any original shipping costs, once we receive your returned item.
We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking (like USPS Priority Mail, for example) and insuring your return package, since we cannot process your store credit, exchange or refund if we do not receive your returned items due to post office error.
**We regret that, due to customs issues, international orders are not eligible for returns.**
Items purchased from our SALE section are also final sale (barring any error on our part), so please ask us any questions you may have before finalizing your purchase. We are happy to help!
We are based in the United States, but we also ship internationally. Our vintage clothing and accessories have been safely delivered all over the world, since 2008!
- All US orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail (with tracking for the package) unless another shipping carrier or express shipping is requested.
- Please contact us at the time your order is placed, if you need express shipping or prefer another shipping service. The shipping cost shown by default in your shopping cart will be for USPS Priority Mail, only.
- All international orders will be shipped via insured USPS First Class Mail or insured USPS Priority Mail, unless another carrier or express mail is requested. All international orders are shipped with insurance included, which may incur a small, additional charge for high value items.
- If your order weighs less than 4 pounds, First Class Mail will be used, unless otherwise requested.
- International orders over 4 pounds in weight will need to be shipped via Priority Mail, due to postal service weight restrictions. This will be reflected in the shipping estimate shown in your shopping cart.
How is shipping calculated?
- When you place items in your shopping cart, shipping costs will be based the shipping address that you have entered.
- Please note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based.
- Discounted shipping may be available if you are ordering multiple items. Just ask us and we can get a revised shipping estimate for you, before you finalize your order. Thank you!
