Description
An 80s fashion classic by Norma Kamali in her signature sweatshirt fleece fabric, this off-the-shoulder black tunic top could also double as a mini dress for the daring! The tunic-length top features a super-wide, scoop neckline and dropped-shoulder, dolman sleeves that narrow to skinny, extra-long cuffs--designed to be worn ruched up at the wrist, as shown. The tunic is intended for an oversize fit, widest at the dropped shoulder seams, and narrowing at the hem—a totally 80s silhouette! I have shown the top both as a one-shoulder style, or with the extra-wide neckline centered. The soft cotton fleece fabric has a small amount of stretch to it and is unlined. The top has no fastenings, pulling on over the head. It is in very good condition. The black color is just a bit faded, with slight piling to the fabric surface from normal wear and laundering. This iconic piece of early athleisure wear designed by one of its originators, Norma Kamali, is still as versatile and comfy as its was in the 1980s!
Size: labeled vintage size S. Intended for oversize fit. Smallest at sleeve cuffs, hips, and hem. I estimate best fit for XS to a M with smaller hips.
