Description
This rose-trimmed hat from the late 1950s or early 1960s is styled to resemble a flower crown! Its curved, double-circle base in moss green fabric is almost completely covered in hot pink and pale pink fabric roses, with wired green stems and leaves. The double loops of the green rayon jersey-covered crown have wired edges to give them structure. The open center in the crown of the hat is filled in with green netting. The hat is designed to sit on top of the head like a gently curved pillbox style, as shown. In very good condition, this late 1950s-60s floral hat has a few of the pink rose petals that show a bit of wear from age, but no significant issues to note.
