Description
This gorgeous 1950s or early 1960s rose brooch features pavé rhinestones in amber and smoky gray, set in a gold-tone metal base. The well-made brooch or pin is quite heavy for its size and will probably be too heavy to wear on lightweight clothing, but would look lovely on a coat, jacket, or suit jacket lapel. The tiny topaz-colored faceted stones are set so close together on the rose’s petals that you can hardly see the metal in between them! 3 or possibly 4 of the smoky gray rhinestones are replacements, but they match well, and should be difficult to notice amongst so many. In very good condition with no other issues to note, this unsigned but clearly high-quality, sparkling rose vintage brooch would make a special gift for a beloved friend or partner.
