This snazzy 80s-does-1920s flapper-style party dress has a slinky, sleeveless, black polyester jersey bodice and skirt. The dropped waist, blouson bodice has a plunging neckline in front and back, draped over an attached under-layer of black and blue stripe, lightweight acetate and metallic fabric. The fullness of the bodice is gathered into a seam at the dropped waist/high hip, above the straight, knee-length skirt. The dress is unlined (other than the striped under-layer) and has no fastenings. It pulls on over the head, with just a bit of give to the polyester jersey. Unworn, with its original tag still attached, this deadstock 80s dress in a 1920s flapper-inspired silhouette is in excellent to mint condition, with no flaws to note.
