Description
This sleeveless, tank-style 1960s beaded evening top in cream knit wool is completely covered in iridescent sequins and white glass beaded designs. The top is further trimmed with swingy strands of glass and plastic beaded fringe along its hip-length hem. Twisted white glass bead strands accent the scooped neckline and arm openings. The slightly boxy fit top has a bit of give to it, but since the wool knit fabric is lined with silky white rayon, it does not stretch much (see measurements). The top fastens with a metal zipper in back, from the neckline to the hem. In very good condition, the top has one faint spot on the lining that is not visible from its front side. A few of the sequins along the edges of the underarms are a bit darker and less iridescent than the others, as seen in my side view photo. I think this is more noticeable under my bright photo lights than it will be in real life, but worth mentioning. It has been freshly dry-cleaned and is ready to wear, with no odors or any other issues. This sparkly off-white 1960s beaded top will pair well with your favorite pencil skirt or more formal pant—or pant suit!—for evening.
