Description
This marvelously mod, deadstock 1960s blouse features a bold houndstooth print of lime green and bright aqua blue. The button-front top has a removable tie at the neck, below a round collar. You can tie it as an ascot, a pussy bow, or unbutton it entirely from both sides and wear the blouse without it! The top has a somewhat boxy fit with straight ¾-length sleeves that could be worn cuffed up if you prefer, and a straight hem ending just below the natural waist. Its smallest fit will be at the shoulders and upper arms (see measurements for details). The crisp, lightweight acetate crepe fabric is unlined.
In very good condition, the blouse was never worn, but does have one minor manufacturing flaw: across the center back, the houndstooth print is somewhat irregular (see close-up photos). This relatively minor issue does not detract significantly from the bold colors and print of this fabulous mod 1960s top.
