Hot pink, pale pink, off-white, and orange plaid makes a bold and bright statement on this deadstock 1960s pencil skirt! The fitted waist features narrow belt loops and a matching skinny belt. Darts shape the curving hips, and the hem has a small kick pleat in back. The lightweight tweed wool and nylon blend fabric is lofty and soft—it should be great for spring and fall, as well as winter. The skirt is ¼ lined (“inner-seat lined”) with lavender rayon taffeta in back only, from the waist to just below the hips. It fastens with a side seam metal zipper and a button at the waistband. Never worn, the skirt still has its original hangtag and paper size tag, but I have had it freshly dry-cleaned. In excellent to mint condition, this fun and girly 1960s pencil skirt is labeled size 24. If you are tiny enough, it’s a real cutie!
