Shipping & Returns

  • The FREE shipping costs shown in your cart for continental US orders of $50 or more are for USPS Ground Advantage, with tracking and insurance included. 

  • You should also see a Priority Mail option, along with Ground Advantage.

  • If you prefer another/faster shipping service, including Express Mail, UPS, etc. contact me. I'd be happy to get you an additional shipping quote!

  • The shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based, per item. Discounted shipping may be available if you are ordering multiple items. Contact me and I wold be happy to get a revised shipping estimate for you.

  • Due to the current situation here in the US regarding tariffs, please contact me for a shipping/fees/duties total for international orders. Currently international orders will all be shipped via UPS only, with duty paid. No returns. 

 RETURN POLICY

If your purchase from my website doesn't work out as planned, I offer hassle-free returns, as detailed below.

If you need to begin a return, please contact me within 3 business days of delivery. I will respond with any info you may need to return items from your order. Once I know that you have shipped your item back to me, I can keep an eye out for it, and refund you ASAP! 

Items purchased from the SALE section are final sale (barring any error on my part), so please ask any questions you may have before finalizing your purchase. I'd be always happy to help!

  • Please ship returns back to me packed carefully to avoid damage in transit. Thank you for your respect and consideration for vintage treasures!

  • The returned item must be in the exact condition in which it was originally shipped to you in order to be eligible for refund: unworn with no stains, rips, etc. caused by trying on, or any other damage/odor from being in your possession.

  • Once the return is received, you will receive a refund via the original payment method for the total amount of your purchase, minus any original shipping costs. 

  • A handling fee may be assessed against your refund if a returned item is not sent back within a reasonable timeframe, or if previously discussed during your purchase.

  • You may also request a store credit to use later, or make an immediate exchange for another piece in my vintage collection.

  • If you feel that there has been an error on my part in describing your purchase, please let me know. If I am at fault, I will happily refund your full purchase price including any original shipping costs, once your returned item is received.

  • I strongly recommend using a return shipping method with tracking (like USPS Priority Mail, for example) and insuring your return package, since I cannot process your store credit, exchange or refund if I do not receive your returned items due to post office error.
