- Integrity of Data: While we aim for accurate pricing and inventory, our human-facing website representation remains the definitive source of truth. We are not liable if your Agent misinterprets unstructured or cached catalog information.
- Price Volatility: Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. An Agent's retrieval of a price does not lock in that price until a secure checkout token is validated and processed.
- Tokenized Transactions: For transactions completed via automated protocols (such as the Agentic Commerce Protocol (ACP) or specific API flows), payments must be processed using secure, time-bound, scoped tokens.
- Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to block or terminate any checkout session if we detect anomalous behavior, prompt injections, or security exploits targeting our machine-readable endpoints.
- Malfunctions, logic failures, or security breaches occurring within your third-party Agent software.
- Financial losses resulting from your Agent failing to execute a transaction before an item goes out of stock or changes in price.
- Personal data exposure resulting from how your chosen Agent crawls, stores, or processes our store data.

- Severability
Should a court determine any section of this Agreement to be legally deficient or impossible to enforce, that specific portion will be revised to maintain its original purpose as closely as legally permissible. The validity and enforceability of all other sections will not be affected and shall persist with their complete legal authority.
- Entire Agreement
This Agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of mutual comprehension between the parties concerning the Services, replacing and nullifying any previous written documents, verbal arrangements, discussions, understandings, or communications addressing the same subject matter.
