This darling 1940s-50s red apron has a lantern and candle design in white, black, and gold metallic thread cross stich embroidery. The design also has a “background” of bricks, small stars, and sprigs of holly—perfect for the holidays! The lightweight fabric is a rayon or rayon blend, with a soft hand similar to cotton. The apron hem and sides are finished with a lettuce edge. The apron is gathered where it meets the waistband, with ties in back.
