Description
These metallic gold fabric mid-1960s evening shoes were made by “DeLiso Debs” for cocktail or formal wear. The toes are a gently rounded, soft square shape. The slightly chunky, mid-height heels are a comfy 2 inches tall. The sparkly gold or lurex fabric is layered over mixed leather and man-made linings. The insoles are shiny copper cellulose, according to their label. The soles are tan leather.
In excellent condition, these 1960s gold evening shoes show very minor wear to the leather soles. They were likely worn only once or twice. Labeled a vintage size 8.5 AA, they are narrow, and will probably fit closest to a modern size 7.5 or 8 N. Please check the measurements for details, since vintage shoe sizing is different than modern sizing. I’d be happy to provide any additional fit info, if needed!
