Pale gold metallic leather, spike-heeled stiletto pumps, these gorgeous shoes were designed by Charles Jourdan in the early 1960s. The narrow heels have metal tips, and the pointy toes have metal taps at the tips of the soles. The insoles, linings and soles are all leather, as you might expect with fine vintage designer shoes, made in France. In good, wearable condition, the shoes’ gold leather uppers and leather soles are both still soft and flexible, but there are some other issues to note. These are: minor scuffs to the uppers, one small, round spot on the left front toe (looks painted?), and some greenish verdigris to the metallic finish on the leather uppers, in the crevices where it meets the soles in several locations (see close-up photos). These lovely 1960s shoes by Charles Jourdan are definitely quite narrow, labeled a vintage size AA, so please bear that in mind when checking the measurements. For reference, I wear a modern 8.5 narrow with narrow heels, and these shoes are just a touch too narrow at the ball of my foot, but slip a tiny bit at the heels.

The shoes came to me in their original "Joseph" shoebox, which I'd be happy to include, if you like. Please let me know if so, when placing your order, since the box will add a bit to the shipping cost.
