This screen-printed rayon 1960s Hawaiian muumuu dress has an amazing design of seaweed, shells, tropical fish and other sea creatures. The emerald, bright green, black and white rayon print has details picked out on its surface in bright silver paint. A traditionally shaped muumuu with a loose and flowing silhouette, it is gathered below the scoop neckline. The short, puffed sleeves have fitted cuffs. (The sleeve cuffs, bust and hips are probably the most important measurements for fit—see below for sizing details.) The unlined “cold rayon” fabric is lightweight. With no fastenings, this easy-to-wear 1950s-60s Hawaiian dress is designed to pull on over the head. It is in excellent condition, with a tiny bit of yellowing to the “Paradise Isle” label, but no other issues to note.
