Is it a 70s maxi skirt? Nope, it’s a pair of extra wide 1970s bellbottom pants! The black rayon crepe, pleated bellbottom trousers have a wide elastic band at the waist, and very full legs from waist to hem. The pant’s rise is quite long (dropped crotch seam), making the inseam appear rather short. Please check the outseam/waist to hem measurement, for a more accurate idea of the pant’s length. They fall to the ankle, on my tall mannequin, as shown. The bellbottoms fasten in back with a nylon zipper, and are unlined. They are in excellent condition. The crepe fabric makes these pleated black 70s bellbottoms a bit dressier than your average wide-leg pant, perfect for day into evening wear!
