Description
This moonglow lucite 1950s-60s link necklace and earrings set features candy-apple red discs of pearly plastic, set in pale gold-tone metal settings. The center section of the necklace has darker gold chains attached at each end, and fastens with a hook clasp. The earrings have clip-on backs. The thermoset plastic discs have a slightly iridescent sheen, and the color is a warm red. The necklace has a few scuffs on the surface of the metal links in back, from use or storage, which are not seen when the set is worn (see photos of back). This circa late 1950s or early 1960s choker necklace set is in very good condition, with no other issues to note.
Necklace: 13” to 17” total length (adjustable with hook).
