This nubby black knit wool sleeveless sweater dress from the 1950s or early 1960s is embellished with satin rose appliqués and glass beading in matching black. This hourglass-shaped cocktail dress will stretch a bit due to the knit wool fabric—so it should be quite comfy to wear! You may want to wear a slip underneath, since the dress is unlined. It fastens in back with a nylon zipper. The black rayon satin roses trim on the front of the dress is accented with lots of shiny black glass beading. A few more glass beads trim the upper back of the bodice, below the scoop neckline. This true vintage 1950s-60s beaded wool knit sweater dress is in excellent condition, with no flaws to note.
