This deadstock, never worn 1960s babydoll nightie and panty set in sheer black nylon mesh is trimmed with black lace. 4 tiny bows accent the 3 keyhole openings down the front of the nightie, plus the front hem slit. These are non-functional openings, since the top is designed to pull on over the head, with no fastenings. The sleeveless nightie is flared from the bust to the very short hem, which ends at about the upper thigh. Underneath, the matching bikini-style panty has elastic at the low waist and leg openings. When worn, the panty has a slightly puffy, loose fit (see photos). The paper tag on the panty belongs at the front, as shown, based on the rise/shape. The set is in very good condition, with no issues to note on the panty. Although both pieces are unworn, the deadstock 1960s baby doll nightie does have a few picks in the surface of the nylon on the front left side (see close-up photo) and the lace trim has faded in storage, from true black to a reddish-black tone.
